Frequently Asked Questions

Do participants need any artistic experience?

Not at all. The workshop is designed specifically for people who don't consider themselves artistic. The focus is on participation, observation and shared experience rather than drawing ability.

What group size is the workshop suitable for?

Our in-person workshops are ideally suited to teams of 6–20 participants.

How long is the workshop?

The standard workshop lasts an hour, although longer sessions can be arranged for away days, conferences and special events.

What do we need to provide?

Just a room and your team. We bring all materials and equipment and take care of the setup.

Do you come to our office?

Yes. Workshops are delivered at your office or chosen venue.

What materials are used?

We provide everything required, including paper, drawing materials and any additional equipment needed for the session.

Is this a drawing class?

Not really.

Drawing is simply the vehicle we use to encourage observation, participation and connection. The workshop is designed to be accessible, engaging and enjoyable regardless of artistic ability.

What are the benefits for teams?

Participants often report feeling more connected, engaged and energised after the session. The workshop encourages collaboration, creativity, curiosity and shared attention in a relaxed and enjoyable environment.

Is the workshop suitable for remote teams?

Yes. We also offer online workshops for distributed teams working remotely around the world.

Can you accommodate larger groups?

Yes, we have hosted teams of 100+ participants. Please get in touch to discuss your requirements and we'll advise on the best format for your team.

How much does it cost?

Pricing depends on group size and location. Please get in touch for a tailored quote.

How far in advance should we book?

We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date, although we can sometimes accommodate last-minute enquiries.

Do you have experience working with corporate teams?

Yes. Since 2018 we have worked with thousands of participants worldwide, including teams from Google, Spotify, KPMG, BlackRock, Facebook and many other organisations.

Can the workshop be customised?

Yes. We can tailor aspects of the workshop to reflect your team, organisation or event. Whether that's drawing inspiration from the work you do, celebrating a milestone, or putting a colleague in the spotlight as the subject of a drawing exercise, we'll work with you to create an experience that feels personal and distinctive.

What if some members of the team are reluctant to participate?

That's completely normal. Many participants arrive convinced they "can't draw" or aren't creative. The workshop is specifically designed to be welcoming, accessible and enjoyable for everyone, regardless of experience or confidence.
